She earned her law degree from Suffolk University, and completed the program of Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard Law School. Michelle applies the same zeal, whether handling a Divorce, Estate Plan, or Probate involving a modest estate, or millions in assets. Michelle has served as a Conciliation Court Judge in Hennepin County since 1999, and as an Adjunct Referee, Family Court since 1992. Michelle is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Professionalism Committee, Hennepin County and Dakota County Bar Associations. Michelle is a certified parenting time expeditor and a Rule 114 qualified Mediator and Arbitrator Michelle founded the Family Innocence Project, and aspires to be a United States Supreme Court Justice.

He graduated from Hamline University, receiving his B.A in Legal Studies. He earned his law degree from Hamline University Law School in 1986. As a business man himself, Scott has experienced every aspect of corporate practice in his representation of clients.

Jody Remsing always gives her absolute, total best, and prides herself on helping clients build a more peaceful future. Jody draws first and foremost from her years of experience as a judicial law clerk, where she gained a unique insight into a judge’s decision-making- process from the beginning to the end of a court case. Jody practices in all areas of family law, including divorce, separation, custody, support, paternity, adoption, complex marital estates, orders for protection, and a wide variety of other civil matters. Jody graduated from Hamline University School of Law, and served as a Guardian ad Litem, while in law school, where she provided recommendations to the court in a child’s best interests. Jody represented clients for the Minnesota Innocence Project, and with the Minnesota Public Defender’s Office. Jody earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from the University of Wisconsin, and taught students with developmental cognitive disabilities in Saint Paul Public Schools. She remains a fierce advocate for persons with disabilities. Jody has been a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and has been trained as a Rule 114 neutral for mediation.
